Rising Rhythms gently guides 4–5-year-olds to explore music, instruments, and movement while practicing mindfulness. Through playful, supportive activities, children grow in confidence, creativity, and a joyful connection to rhythm and song.

Each month brings 4 weekly classes, always at 2-3 PM on either Tuesday or Thursday.
